Seller & Scope
These terms govern purchases and subscriptions from Round. The seller’s legal identity and contact details are in the Legal Notice.
Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
Ordering & Payment
Your contract covers the goods and services listed in your order. You can correct your details before payment. We accept your order after successful payment and confirm it by email.
Prices are in EUR. The total, applicable taxes, delivery charges and recurring fees are shown before payment. Physical goods and recurring charges are itemised separately.
Your Responsibilities
Only submit artwork, links and content you may lawfully use. You retain your rights and allow us to use your materials only to fulfil your order and provide the agreed services.
Keep your account credentials secure. We’ll contact you about unclear artwork or instructions; material changes require your agreement.
Business search uses Google Maps. Its use is subject to the Google Terms of Service and Google Maps Additional Terms of Service.
Subscriptions & Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at the price agreed at checkout and renew until cancelled.
Cancel renewal in your dashboard or through Cancel subscription. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your paid billing period; access continues until then. Statutory rights to end the contract earlier remain unaffected.
Public access to pages and paid-plan stands stops when a subscription ends or a renewal payment fails. Cancellation does not itself delete your account or saved content.
Linked third-party services are provided independently. We do not guarantee results such as reviews or bookings. Mandatory rights relating to digital services remain unaffected.

Liability & Applicable Law
Statutory liability applies. No mandatory liability is excluded or limited.
German law applies without reducing any mandatory protections of the law of a consumer’s habitual residence.
