Personalized Stands
Made for you, not for change-of-mind returns. Stands printed with your logo or made to your individual specifications are excluded from the consumer right of withdrawal where § 312g(2)(1) BGB applies. We offer no additional change-of-mind return right for these goods.
Choosing only a standard colour or design does not automatically exclude withdrawal. Your statutory rights for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods always remain unaffected.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your stand is defective, does not work as agreed, or is the wrong item, contact us. Describe the problem and include your order number if available. Photos may help but are not required.
Legal remedies include repair or replacement and, where statutory conditions are met, a price reduction, withdrawal from the contract, or damages. We bear necessary remedy costs. Consumer defect claims for new goods generally expire two years after delivery.
Consumer Right of Withdrawal
These withdrawal rights apply to consumers, not purchases made for business purposes.
For eligible goods purchased online, consumers have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. The period starts when you, or a third party you nominate other than the carrier, receive the goods. If goods from one order arrive separately, it starts when the last goods are received.
For eligible Round Pages services, the 14-day period starts on conclusion of the contract. The personalized-goods exception does not automatically apply to a separate service. Statutory conditions govern any early expiry or payment for services already supplied.

Returning Goods & Reimbursement
Return eligible goods within 14 days of your withdrawal statement; dispatch before the deadline is sufficient. Return address: Round, Goeckestr. 10, 13055 Berlin, Germany.
We refund within 14 days of your statement, including standard outbound delivery, using the original payment method at no fee unless otherwise agreed. Premium delivery extras are excluded. For goods, we may wait for their return or proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier.
For a valid change-of-mind withdrawal, you bear direct return postage if informed before purchase. Diminished value is payable only for handling beyond checking the goods and where the legal conditions are met. Necessary returns for defects are at our expense.
