FAQs
Answers to common questions about Round stands, subscriptions, loyalty and orders.
Getting Started
Round gives your business a branded stand that connects customers to what you offer online. They tap it with their phone or scan the QR code to leave a Google review, browse your menu, find your links, or join your loyalty program. You choose whether it opens one direct link or your own Round page.
Customers can tap with an NFC-enabled phone or scan the QR code with their camera. Both open the same destination in their browser, without a Round app or account. If tapping isn’t available on their phone, the QR code gives them another way in. Linked services may ask them to sign in.
To tap, customers hold the NFC-reading area of their phone close to the stand’s NFC symbol and open the link that appears. To scan, they point their camera at the QR code and open the link. Both take them to the same place, so they can use whichever feels easiest.
The stand needs no batteries, charging, or Wi-Fi connection. Just place it where customers can reach it. Their phone needs an internet connection to load the page or link.
Choose your design, finish, and plan when you order. For Direct link, enter the link you’d like to share at checkout, and we’ll configure the stand before shipping. For Round Pages, create and publish your page in the dashboard and assign it to your stand. You can then keep your page up to date from the same place.
Absolutely. Share a menu, booking page, website, social profile, or a page with your Wi-Fi details. Direct link takes customers straight to one existing web link. Round Pages brings several actions together on a page with your branding, including a menu or price list you can manage in Round.
Yes. Google asks customers to sign in to a Google account before posting a review. They don’t need a Round account to open your review link. Read Google’s review guidance
Your stand opens a page where customers can read or copy your Wi-Fi name and password. They then join the network in their phone’s settings. With Direct link, you provide a web page containing those details; with Round Pages, you can add them to your page.
Plans & Round Pages
Choose Direct link if you want to send customers to one existing link with no monthly fee. We configure it before shipping, and it stays fixed. Choose Round Pages for branded pages you can edit, a digital loyalty program, and a dashboard with activity insights. Direct link doesn’t include dashboard access.
Your stand is a separate, one-time purchase on either plan. Direct link has no monthly fee. Round Pages costs €14.90 per month per business, covering all your Round Pages stands with no extra monthly charge per stand. Shipping is charged once per order and shown before you pay.
Start with a Review Page focused on Google reviews or a Business Page that brings your links together. Add your logo, colours, images, and useful actions such as your menu, bookings, directions, social profiles, Wi-Fi details, or loyalty program. You can preview your page before publishing and update it in your dashboard whenever you need to.
With Round Pages, yes. You can edit your page’s content and links or assign your stand to another Round page in the dashboard, using the same stand. A Direct link stand has one fixed destination and no dashboard. Moving from Direct link to Round Pages requires a new stand, so it’s worth choosing the plan that fits your needs from the start.
Yes. Your Round Pages stands can share one page or open different pages for different spots, such as a café counter and its tables. Organize stands by location and manage their page assignments in your dashboard. One flat monthly subscription covers all Round Pages stands within the same business.
With Round Pages, your dashboard shows page views, action clicks, and activity by page and stand. It helps you understand which links customers open. A click on your Google review link shows interest, but Round can’t confirm whether the customer went on to post a review.
You can cancel renewal in Plan and billing in your dashboard and keep access until the end of your paid billing period. After that, your Round pages, catalog, and Round Pages stands stop opening for customers. Your saved content and dashboard remain available, so you can return later.
Yes. Restart from Plan and billing at the current price and reuse your existing Round Pages stands, links, and saved content. You’ll see the price before paying for the first month of a new subscription. If a renewal payment failed, use the payment recovery option to settle the outstanding invoice and restore access.
Loyalty
Yes. Round Pages includes one branded digital stamp-card program per business, alongside your pages and dashboard. There’s no separate loyalty subscription. Direct link can open an existing external rewards link, but it doesn’t include Round’s loyalty program.
Customers open your program from a Round page or a stand linked to it, then save their personal card to a supported phone wallet. They don’t need a Round app, account, or email address, and adding their name is optional. On their next visit, they show the card to your team to collect stamps.
Round supports Google Wallet and Apple Wallet. Customers see the wallets enabled for your program when they join, and need a compatible wallet to use their card. Their private setup link lets them save the same card again, so it’s worth keeping.
Yes. Make it yours with your logo, colours, and a design that suits your business. Choose classic stamps, a word that fills up, or an illustration that’s revealed as customers collect stamps. Start with a preset or upload your own artwork. You can refresh the design later while keeping everyone’s cards and stamp balances.
Your team uses a phone or tablet you’ve paired in the dashboard. They enter the card’s four-character code, check the qualifying items, and add the right number of stamps. When the card is full, they redeem the reward and the same card starts again at zero. Tapping alone doesn’t earn a stamp. Staff need internet access, and wallet updates may take a little time.
Yes. Before your first card is issued, choose how many stamps earn a reward, what the reward is, and which purchases qualify. The target and reward are fixed once the first card is issued, while branding stays editable. A full card needs to be redeemed before more stamps can be added.
Stamps and rewards don’t expire. Customers keep their progress across participating locations of the same business, so they can collect stamps in one location and redeem their reward in another. The program needs to be active, with Round Pages access, to add stamps or redeem rewards.
Yes. Pausing stops new cards, stamps, and reward redemptions while keeping existing balances and activity history. These actions also stop if your Round Pages access ends or a renewal payment fails. Once paid access is restored, you can continue; if you paused the program yourself, switch it back to active when you’re ready.
Your Stand & Your Order
Of course. Your stand is custom printed with your logo. Choose charcoal black or creamy white, both with a walnut base, and send your logo and customization notes at checkout. The branding in our photos is there to show you what’s possible.
The acrylic panel is 190 mm high and 134 mm wide. The wooden base is 138 mm wide, 50 mm deep, and 45 mm high. Those measurements can help you find the right spot on your counter, tables, or reception desk.
Yes. Upload your logo as a PNG, JPEG, or WebP file up to 5 MB and add any customization notes at checkout. We’ll review it after payment, before production. If you’d like to approve a proof first or need a hand with your file, contact us before ordering. Let’s talk about your artwork
Yes. Add each design, finish, and destination to your cart separately, with the quantity you need. At checkout, you can add a logo and notes for each configuration. That way, you can give different counters or locations the stand that suits them.
You can order as a guest. If you choose Round Pages, you’ll also set up a business account to manage your pages, stands, and loyalty program. Customers tapping or scanning your stand don’t need a Round account.
Payments are handled through Stripe, and you’ll see the available payment methods at checkout. Your stand, shipping, and any initial Round Pages subscription charge are shown separately before you pay. With Round Pages, you can view invoices and manage your payment method in Plan and billing in your dashboard.
